Supervisory Skills Training Topic - Performance Measurement
Performance measurement and high performance organizations are not new business concepts, but it is an approach that is becoming more prevalent each year, especially in the government and military sector. Our program can introduce the concept of measurement to supervisors and management, particularly if it's within an organization that is implementing a high performance initiative. It addresses the concerns many participants usually have about personal impact, and provides instruction on the basic concept of strategic business planning. Participants practice in a simulation activity selection of key performance indicators (KPIs), risk analysis decision making, and measurement of their performance.
