Supervisors and managers are under ever-growing pressure to increase performance of their teams even with reductions in staff and other resources. The ability to effectively lead people in this environment is challenging even for the most skilled leaders. This workshop is designed to help current and potential leaders understand the basic principles of leadership and contrast them with management principles. Participants learn how to apply its principles within their work environments and how to develop the skills necessary to apply them in their day-to-day operations.
