Change is an on going process in every organziation. Some leaders can manage it successfully while others struggle with low employee morale and little support. The supervisor is the main point of contact for all employees. A successful frontline leader understands the need for change from an organizational perspective, but can also help each employee manage the unique needs of their own change experience.
